Prop D and Measure M for City of Los Angeles

According to the Los Angeles City attorney, Prop D is still the law of the land for L.A. medical marijuana dispensaries and cannabis businesses. Measure M just passed and still needs to go through the regulatory process. Until there is clarification, existing dispensaries must still comply with the rules of prop D.
